Monel 400 Tube (UNS N04400) made by nickel-chromium-iron precipitation-hardening alloy. Alloy 400 Tubing have good creep and oxidation resistance, and are formed in different shapes.Monel 400 Tubing can be strengthened by solid-solution hardening, work hardening, and precipitation hardening. Monel 400 Pipe are classified into three groups such as cobalt-based, nickel-based, and iron-based alloys.Monel 400 Seamless Tube and Monel 400 Welded Tube have the ability to function under high temperatures and severe mechanical stress, and also where high surface stability is required. The properties of Nickel Alloy 400 Tube are similar to Alloy 718 Tube however alloy 400 is more readily fabricated.
